04.01.2018 - The program to build 12,500 resettlement apartments in Thu Thiem New Urban Area is to resettle in place for households in 5 central wards of this urban area. The project consists of 3 zones: 30.2 ha Binh Khanh area with 4,216 apartments, 38.4ha Binh Khanh area with 6,220 apartments and 17.3ha area with An Phu - Binh Khanh with 1,844 apartments.

Of which, 38.4 ha resettlement area in Binh Khanh Ward, District 2 by Union Trade Union Investment Services Co., Ltd. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam - Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 - Thuan Viet Trading and Construction Co., Ltd and Truong Son Construction Corporation are investors to build 2.220 apartments and technical infrastructure in the whole area of 38.4ha in Binh Khanh Ward, District 2.

 

 

Currently, this large-scale resettlement site has been basically completed, the contractors are implementing the internal traffic infrastructure, the landscape. Over the past time, HCM City has handed over nearly 1,000 apartments to resettled households in this area.

 

Residential area of 38.4 ha Binh Khanh is considered as a model residential area with full technical infrastructure.

 

Recently, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has just approved the additional unit price of land to calculate compensation, support of investment projects to build roads No. 1, No. 2 connecting the traffic to the area of 1.36ha adjacent to the area. 38.4ha settled in Binh Khanh Ward.

 

Accordingly, the unit price of land to calculate compensation, support for the remaining land alley, location 3 Luong Dinh Cua street, Binh Khanh ward nearly 17 million / m2. The houses number 10/1, 10/10, 10 / 10B and the non-residential house 3, Binh Khanh ward is 16 million / m2.

 

The compensation amount of the houses No. 11/15, 6/3, 6/2 and 6/1, Quarter 3, Binh Khanh Ward is over 32 million m2. Particularly, the house number 6 / 3A of Quarter 3, Binh Khanh Ward has a compensation price of nearly VND 25 million / m2.

 

Close to the biggest resettlement area in HCMC

 

 

This project is being developed by Thuan Viet building exterior of apartment buildings.

 

According to the general development plan of HCMC, by 2025, the demand for resettlement housing will continue to increase. Over the next five years, total housing demand for resettlement households will be relocated to implement projects of more than 40,000.

 

The buildings were basically completed to hand over the house to the people.

Located on the front of Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, the resettlement area inside Thu Thiem urban area is gradually formed with a series of buildings built on a scale closely adjacent.

 

Many people living here say that although the neighboring houses are buzzing and dusty, this is a resettlement area full of local conveniences from supermarkets, schools and hospitals. ...

 

Some infrastructure works such as sidewalks and roads are being completed to be put into use.

 

Some items are urgently completed. Most of the ground floor of the buildings are used to open business kiosks.

 

Together with the large projects under construction in Thu Thiem urban area, this scale of resettlement is contributing to the appearance of the new urban center in the near future.

 

In addition, two other large-scale resettlement sites are under construction. 17.3 hectares of An Phu - Binh Khanh (1,844 units) invested by Tien Phuoc - Tran Thai Joint Venture have basically been completed, people have almost fully moved into living.

Finally, the 30.2 ha Binh Khanh Area (4,216 units) invested by the 21st Century International Company has been completed and handed over to more than 1,500 residents.
